SIGN UP
Join the Urban Jar Community by signing up and creating a members profile. Our team wants to make sure you are located in an area where delivery/pick is available. Approval will be granted given you create a profile that includes an address where delivery/pick up is offered.

VERIFY ACCOUNT
By signing up, you are agreeing to the Waiver and Terms & Conditions of the Urban Jar Community. Your account will be verified before you can complete the checkout process. It’s important to thoroughly read the rules and regulations of what it means to be an Urban Jar member.

VIEW MENU
Choose your items from our seasonally based menu. All jars fresh for 5-7 days, while energy bites stay fresh for 2 weeks. Our jars are fully customizable. If you have a food sensitivity or special diet, or if you simply don’t love a certain ingredient, we will prepare it to your preference. Specifications can be stated during the ordering process.

PLACE AN ORDER
Visit the “Place an order” tab. Ensure you’re signed in! Select your jar, change any specifics, select your delivery preference, and enter any special requests or allergies.

DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered to your home or work on Monday between 4:00PM and 8:00 PM.
Please leave a cooler then store in your fridge and enjoy throughout the week!

RECYCLE JARS
Remember this is an eco friendly business! It’s important to leave the empty jars for pick up, upon the fresh jars being dropped off! If you skip a week, please contact Hailee for pick up.

REORDER FAVOURITES
Reorder your favourites online until Thursdays at midnight. Be sure to select the desired date for delivery, and preferred payment method.

​The ingredients within the jar are layered to optimize freshness and texture of the contents. This is an important factor with large weekly orders, as the jars are prepared on Thursday, delivered Friday, and enjoyed for 5-7 days.
